- Step 1: Add 1 measure mix to ½ measure sour curd & 1 measure of warm water & set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Spread 1 scoop of batter on a pre heated non stick tawa and add a spoon of oil or ghee.
- Step 3: Roast both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney.
