Millex Multi Millets Dosa Instant Mix is a ready-to-cook breakfast mix made with foxtail millet, kodo millet, proso millet and little millet, along with red rice, urad dal, semolina, spices and other ingredients. Simply add water to prepare the batter, allow it to rest for approximately 15 minutes, and cook fresh dosas on a hot tawa. Serve with coconut chutney, green chutney, vegetable sambar or ghee.
