How to Prepare

      Take 2 tablespoons of Millex millet powder and put it in a clean vessel.

      Add a pinch of churnam, provided (provided in a small packet), containing 14 dry and clean Ayurvedic herbs.

      Add 300 ml of water, milk, or half of each, according to your taste.

      Mix well to form a smooth paste without lumps.

      Put the container over the flame and heat the mixture while constantly stirring for 5 minutes.
